This Privacy Policy explains how Playza Studios Pte. Ltd. ("Playza", "we", "us"), a company based in Singapore, handles information when you use our iPhone and Android games published under the Playza Games name, and when you visit this website. It applies to: Arrows Go, Nut Sort, Sort Pakery!.
1. Information we collect
You do not need to create an account to play our games, and we do not ask you for your name, email address or phone number inside the games. Our games do not collect personal user data ourselves, as declared in the Data safety section of each Google Play listing and the privacy details of each App Store listing.
Like most free mobile games, our games include third-party software development kits (SDKs) for advertising, analytics and measurement. These services may receive device-related information from your device, such as your device or advertising identifier. Depending on the game, they may also receive app performance information (such as crash logs and diagnostics) and app activity (such as in-app interactions). Each game's declaration is summarised below.

2. How information is used
- To show advertising, and to measure advertising and app performance.
- To understand how the game is used and to fix crashes and other problems.
- To keep the game working and to prevent fraud and abuse.
3. Advertising
Our games contain ads. Ad partners may use your device or advertising identifier to show and measure ads. On Android you can reset your advertising ID or opt out of ads personalisation in your device settings (Settings → Privacy → Ads). On iPhone you can manage whether apps may track you in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
4. In-app purchases
Some games offer in-app purchases. Purchases are processed by Google Play on Android and by Apple on iPhone. We do not receive or store your payment card details.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share the limited device and usage data described above with the service providers that help us run, advertise and measure our games, and we may disclose information where required by law.
6. Security
Data sent by our games is encrypted in transit. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Retention and your choices
Our games do not hold an account for you, so there is no profile for us to delete. Data held by third-party providers is subject to their own retention practices and privacy policies. You can uninstall a game at any time, reset your advertising ID in your device settings, or contact us at the address below with any request about your information.
8. Children
Our games are rated 3+ on Google Play and 4+ on the App Store, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will look into it.
9. International transfers
We are based in Singapore. Our service providers may process data in other countries. Where required, we take steps so that your information is protected in line with applicable law, including Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act.
10. This website
This website is a static information site. It does not use cookies, trackers, analytics, advertising, accounts or contact forms. Fonts are served from this site. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and reliability. If you email us, we use your message and address to reply and keep them for as long as needed to deal with your request.
11. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version.
