How can we help?
Quick answers first. If you still need us, email and we will get back to you.
For players
Are Playza games free?
Yes. All our games are free to play. They contain ads and in-app purchases, as each store listing states.
Which devices do the games run on?
iPhone and Android. Arrows Go and Sort Pakery! are on both the App Store and Google Play. Nut Sort is on Google Play, with an iPhone version coming soon.
Do I need internet to play?
No. Offline play is supported, as stated on each game's Google Play listing.
How do I report a problem?
Email [email protected] and tell us the game name, what happened and your iPhone or Android device model and OS version. Screenshots help.
How do I change my advertising settings?
On Android you can reset your advertising ID or opt out of ads personalisation in your device settings (Settings, then Privacy, then Ads). On iPhone you can manage app tracking in Settings, then Privacy & Security, then Tracking. Our Privacy Policy has more detail.
What data do the games collect?
Each game declares on Google Play that it collects no user data itself. Third-party services used for ads and analytics may receive device identifiers, and the App Store privacy details list identifiers and diagnostics that may be used for tracking. See each store listing and our Privacy Policy.
How do I ask about or request removal of my data?
Email [email protected] and tell us which game you are asking about. Our games do not have accounts, so there is no profile to delete.
I was charged for an in-app purchase. What now?
In-app purchases are processed by Google Play on Android and by Apple on iPhone, so billing and refund questions are handled through Google Play Help or Apple Support. If something went wrong inside a game, email us with the game name and the date.
Are the games for children?
Our games are rated 3+ on Google Play and 4+ on the App Store. They are general casual games with ads and in-app purchases. Parents can manage purchases and ad settings through the app store and device settings.
