These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to this website and to the iPhone and Android games published under the Playza Games name by Playza Studios Pte. Ltd. ("Playza", "we", "us"), a company based in Singapore. By using our website or games, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

1. Our games

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and play our games on your own iPhone or Android devices for your own non-commercial use. Games are provided through the Apple App Store and Google Play and are also subject to those stores' terms, including Apple's standard licensed application end user licence terms for iPhone.

2. Ads and in-app purchases

Our games are free to download and contain ads and in-app purchases. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google Play and are subject to their payment and refund policies. Virtual items have no cash value.

3. Acceptable use

Please do not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute our games or website content, interfere with their operation, or use them for anything unlawful, except where the law allows it.

4. Intellectual property

The games, names, logos, artwork, text and other content on this website are owned by Playza Studios Pte. Ltd. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Google Play and the Google Play logo are trademarks of Google LLC. App Store and iPhone are trademarks of Apple Inc. Press and media may use our press kit materials to report on our games.
